Casa Flamenca is a holiday home completely renovated in 2020 with a Spanish look but with the luxury of today. The house offers space for up to 6 people! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms and for the smallest there is a camp bed with linen and a high chair.
Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are situated on the ground floor so that Casa Flamenca is also extremely suitable for the disabled and the elderly. Due to the division, the house is also very suitable for friendly couples.
The third bedroom and the second bathroom are on the first floor, where there is also access to the very spacious roof terrace. The terrace is equipped with a bar table with chairs to enjoy the cooling breeze and the sea view or to enjoy the tranquility on the sun beds!
Naturally, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with new air conditioners (hot / cold) and the bedrooms and veranda even with extra fans. The kitchen is fully equipped and of course fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, spacious fridge-freezer and a Senseo machine. In the attractive living room you can enjoy many channels including all Dutch channels. Of course you can have free WiFi.

Casa Flamenca is located in an urbanization with a cozy Spanish atmosphere in Playa Flamenca in Orihuela Costa / Costa Blanca South. The well-kept urbanization has a beautiful, spacious, communal, enclosed swimming pool with a separate children's pool, outdoor showers and a beautiful subtropical garden with benches and parasols.
Within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance there are plenty of shops, the Saturday market, various bars, many restaurants, sandy beaches and excellent public transport. La Zenia promenade, 8 other sandy beaches, beautiful golf courses, Torrevieja and Alicante airport are all easily accessible.

This home far exceeded our expectations! We arrived and were met by Nathalie, a lovely host who presented us with a fantastic home. The location is great, the beach, commercial centre, shops and Zenia boulevard are all within a short walking distance. The property itself is furnished to a fantastically high standard with modern decor, clean bathrooms and kitchens and is equipped with everything you could ever need. It has modern air conditioning which kept us cool in the high heat and the whole layout worked wonderfully. The off-road parking was a great help as we had a hire car. The neighbourhood wasn’t loud or noisy and we visited during high season. The pool is sizeable and child friendly for those who want to avoid the beach. Overall this property and Nathalie as host was fantastic! We have stayed in many properties in the area and this is the best we have visited. We will definitely return. I cannot find any fault with any aspect of our stay here! It was fantastic!
